Testing and acceptance: ZC-300H production line for UK customers

Last month, our company successfully tested the ZC-300H model from a British customer in the final assembly workshop, producing double wall corrugated pipes with OD350mm and ID110mm specifications.

The client is a large plastic pipeline manufacturer in the UK. This equipment is equipped with a German Flanders gearbox, Siemens extruder AC motor, Siemens servo motor, as well as a high-quality vacuum pump system and mold improvement.

As of now, we have successfully completed two trial production of OD350mm and ID110mm double wall corrugated pipes, and the customer has highly praised the production line.


ZC-300H can produce:

1. Power protective sleeve:

Outer diameter 63/75/90/110/120/160/180/200/250/315mm.

2. Drainage double wall corrugated pipe:

Inner diameter 100/150/200/250/300mm.
